Veerle Fraeters

Veerle Fraeters (°1963, Belgium), Phd.,  is specialized in Middle-Dutch literature and the mysticism of Hadewych of Brabant. She is a teacher and researcher at the University of Antwerp and is member of the Ruusbroeck Society (in Dutch: Ruusbroeckgenootschap). She is currently working on a publication on gender and mysticism.
